Following his service in the Marine Corps, Sean identified the need for better quality security options for his community on the island of Maui. While others were going through the motions, he began offering high-quality, accountable and professional private security for visiting celebrities and small nightclubs. This hands-on experience shaped the future of Pono Security, where employees are driven by incentives, and companies have access to attentive management and lots of value for their investment. While working as the General Manager of a high-end restaurant in Maui, Eric became one of Pono’s earliest customers. Now, ten years later, he is developing a solid professional team while in relentless pursuit of success.
